Orders confirmed for special events and holidays eg Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's day - orders are to be confirmed 3 days prior to actual day for delivery on actual day.

Delivery to restricted areas (high security areas) in Singapore are subjected to extra delivery charges. These areas include, army camps, Jurong Island, restricted areas at the airport, shipping ports, etc. Please contact us for the schedule and charges.

As flowers are seasonal, we will endeavour to deliver the ordered product, However, we reserve the right to substitute flowers, gifts or materials depending on seasonal / stock availability, with other products of at least the equivalent value.

Cancellation Policy
Change / Cancellation of Orders

In cases of cancellation / Changes of orders or porducts , notification must be given at least 3 Days notice prior to the actual delivery date. No refund will be available for cancellation made less than 3 Days.
