Raffles Florist is founded in 1994 by Ms. Maureen Then. Ms Then has more than 15 yearsof experience in the floristry industry. She is certified in "European Classical & Modern Floral Design" from the Hoefblad-Instituut, Amsterland Netherland. She is also awarded Top Designer for artificial floral arrangement in the "The Art of Hotel Floral Design, Oogenlust" conducted by renowned Master Marcel Van Dijk.
